April 22nd is Earth Day

Hi there Friends,

 April 22nd is Earth Day.

May I please share a teaching moment with you?

April 15, 1935 United States President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and leaders from 20 Latin American and Caribbean countries signed the Roerich Pact, an International Law Treaty calling for the Banner of Peace to fly over and protect all cultural institutions in time of peace and war, thereby serving a similar function to the Red Cross symbol which protects hospitals and crisis centers during times of conflict.

The government of India approved the Treaty in 1948.
Eighty years later, the Banner of Peace is seen and honored in all regions of the world.

 May Peace Prevail on Earth.

PS. If you would like a Pax Cultura / Banner of Peace, please send me your address and I will send you one free of charge.  (See further explanation attached).
