Istanbul, Mogadishu and seeking non-violent pathways to peace

Dear sisters and brothers, Two days ago it was Mogadishu, 15 loved ones killed and scores wounded. Today it is Istanbul, 36 beloved human beings dead, at least 147 injured. Each of these people loved and was loved by a circle of friends and family. Terrorist attack on Gay Bar in Orlando Florida

Dear URI Family, It is with great sadness that the members of the LGBTQ CC received the news of one of the most tragic shootings in America, the worst since 911. This occurred last evening as a gunman entered a bar, Pulse nightclub - a gay bar in Orland, Florida, and began shooting.
